Stopped here to train while I was traveling through for business. Really great gym with all equipment you would want as a power lifter. It was easy to pay for a day pass (this it was $15) and stay on program.

For years I’ve battled with back pain and injury. Recently, I “threw my back out” once again. Instead of searching out more of the passive therapies such as massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, etc, I decided to try getting stronger instead. My trainer, Alex Nash, understood my needs and how to push me without irritating my back or causing more pain. He used unique variations on old exercises as well as teaching me a bunch of new techniques I didn’t know. My goal was to be able to live pain free, pick my kids up off the floor, and train jiu jitsu again. Alex took me from having persistent pain and struggling to do the things I love all the way to being pain free and stronger than I was before, all within about 2 months and 15 personal training sessions. Even though I feel great, I am continuing to train with Alex because I see the cost of personal training as the cost of having a high quality of life. Training at Higher Power isn’t fitness, it’s healthcare, and Alex is the doctor that is helping me live well. I’m impressed with the staff, the facilities, and the training at Higher Power and I would recommend their personal training programs to anyone looking to truly enhance their physical well-being or achieve specific athletic or fitness goals.

Higher power is the best place to workout. I’ve been working out there for years then took time off during covid. I just started doing the detox program again and have Lost 8 pounds and Now am going to do the nutrition with Jason. He’s So knowledgeable. I workout with pong! He’s The best trainer I’ve Ever had. He pushes me so hard! I highly recommend them so much! It’s the best gym ever . Try them out you won’t be sorry!

A 10-year struggle with weight began to affect my health and mental well-being. Trying to cut through all of the noise about weight loss, nutrition, and supplements was zapping my energy and no matter which “expert” advice I followed, I didn’t lose weight and continued to gain belly fat. Then my path led me to Jason at HPT. I followed the 21-day detox program that rebooted my system, and then began following a nutrition program that Jason adjusts based on how my body reacts to dietary changes. My journey toward better health and a leaner body has required focus and commitment but it’s been worth it. My successful loss of over 35 pounds of fat proves that Jason’s understanding of nutrition and his individualized nutrition plan for me works. I finally have hope that I will achieve my goals of having a stronger, leaner, and healthier body.

Its is always so much fun coming in. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming! Since working with Jason, he has helped me through a phase in my life where I was stuck. I couldn't lose weight, I wasn't toning up like I should with the amount of exercise I was putting in. Turns out my diet was not as healthy as I thought it was and Jason helped me not only accomplish some of my goals...but absolutely crush them! I cannot recommend him enough...his knowledge is unbelievable and he can tweak things just for you so it just melts off. Plus, I have energy through the roof, I understand what I should be putting in my body to fuel it and more importantly I feel SO amazing! Thanks Jason and I look forward to continue to crush some more goals!

Higher Power Training is an excellent training facility with high minded and enthusiastic trainers that are motivated to get you the results you want. As a college wide receiver, they double the strength in my legs in just over a month of hard work and every day was enjoyable because they were so friendly and positive towards me. I would recommend 10 out 10 times to anybody looking to get into a better shape and reach maximum results!

Exceptional, knowledgeable & motivating! I've been working out with the trainers at Higher Power Training for over a decade. The staff there is very knowledgable and encouraging. Jason, the owner, really knows his stuff. I have several injuries, and he is very good at knowing how to adapt the exercises/weights to not aggravate my injuries, and in fact to coax my injuries along to actually get better over time. His other trainers are also excellent. If you talk with Jason, he is good at suggesting which trainer would be a good fit for you. Higher Power Training also has a 10 day and 3 week detox program that I've done a few times and, with the trainer's encouragement, have been able to successfully complete -- resulting in lost body fat, lost pounds, and feeling better overall. I live in Saint Paul, and I drive there to train there - that is how good this place is!

HPT is one of the best training facilities in the state! It is one of few that implements mind body , nutrition, and physical wellness! It's the best! Jason, Dave and his team has knowledge you just can't find anywhere else! The boot camps are quick and efficient while providing an amazing workout ! The detox is a way to reset your body and get you back on track losing on average 10-20 lbs ! They keep you accountable unlike no other! Whether it's personal training, nutrition, or boot camp they will set you up for success!

Higher Power is the best. As a football player Higher Power is one of, if not the best gym that I have ever been to. They have a perfect environment and size, making it a fun workout regardless of what time of the day you come in. Along with an awesome and uplifting environment, Higher Power has the best group of trainers out there. All in all, I could not recommend Higher Power enough, best gym in the Twin Cities!
