I have been training with Jason Ivesdal since I was a freshman at Eden Prairie High School. When we first began training in 2003, I found myself unaware of the potential I possessed. Locating a deficiency in self-esteem, accountability, and work ethic, our training together soon opened a window of opportunity for self improvement. From day one, I began seeing results physically, mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually as our sessions together proved sufficient for my growth. As a result from the confidence acquired, I soon began being active in activities such as Basketball, Football, Sailing, and Fencing. Consequently, I found enhancements in my social, academic, and personal life as a result from these sessions. With each week of training there was an increase in my self-esteem, performance, as well as mental toughness.
