Higher Power Training is an exceptionally difficult but mutually rewarding program. Beginning with the nutritional training with Jason and Dave explaining the importance of quality food intake to physical workouts, the program is exceptional. Nutritional foods, proper hydration, quality supplements together with physical exertion contribute to well being. Strength training together with mental training at HPT has rewarded me to be prepared for the challenges of being a Division 1 athlete at a top ranking program. DePaul Softball has ranked as one of the top programs in the country. HPT has continued to develop my mental and physical strength and endurance needed to be able to compete in an excruciatingly difficult women’s sports program.
