what we offer
HPT is a unique destination in the personal training and athletic performance world. Our trainers are educated, experienced, and enthusiastic. Our clientele is serious about results. We train everyone from the professional athlete to the older adult. Our personal training facility is designed for training providing the best equipment on the market. We have over 15,000 square feet of space, making us very different from other training studios. Our programming is top notch and has been proven to deliver results. If you are looking to personal train, learn proper nutrition, or looking to train for sports- we are your destination.

Higher Power Personal Training
Athletes should wear proper athletic-wear shoes and clothes (shorts, shirts, no crocs or similar style)
We recommend a water bottle and sunscreen along with a positive and excited attitude! We will have water and gatorade coolers along with healthy snacks.
No headphones are allowed. Phones are allowed but will be placed in a locker for the duration of the session. Please no distractions during camp times!
Each session runs for 2.5 hours.
