what we offer
Higher Power Training presents a fitness program that caters to individuals of all ages, designed to enhance strength, endurance, size, and speed, while placing a strong emphasis on nutrition, agility, and mobility. Our experienced team of trainers is dedicated to delivering personalized coaching in every session, ensuring that every participant receives the attention they need to reach their fitness goals.
Speed and Agility
Athletes will train to maximize acceleration, velocity, lateral movement, and agility.
Strength and Power
Athletes will train with a focus on explosive resistance, jumping & plyometrics to teach correct motor patterns.
Athletes will be provided with nutrition guidance to help maximize & stimulate muscle growth, size, and strength.
Higher Power Bootcamp FAQs
Athletes should wear proper athletic-wear shoes and clothes (shorts, shirts, no crocs or similar style)
We recommend a water bottle and sunscreen along with a positive and excited attitude! We will have water and gatorade coolers along with healthy snacks.
No headphones are allowed. Phones are allowed but will be placed in a locker for the duration of the session. Please no distractions during camp times!
Each session runs for 2.5 hours.
First Block 6/5 – 6/30
